| Starting from January 15th EPIdos improves Epiqa helpdesk service. To ensure better communication with customers we are introducing ticket based helpdesk–customer communication. For any questions or suggestions user can simply fill a <strong><a href="http:// epidos.eu/hesk/ index.php?a=add" target="_blank" >form</a></strong> that can be found on our web in the helpdesk section. This web page also allows for direct upload of the data for analysis. Every submitted communication will be assigned case number which can be used to view the case ticket and track the entire communication progress. | |||
Note: Spaces may be added to comparison text to allow better line wrapping.
