Epiqa configuration

1.     Extend Portal Vision arm and calibrate the detector

2.      Measure output factors for all configuration fields.

3.     Acquire and export integrated images for primary and transmitted configuration.

4.     Run Epiqa configuration to be able to convert EPID images into absorbed dose at certain depth.
