Epiqa version 5.4 released

Epiqa software version 5.4 comes with:
- improved file loading and calculation speed
- new installation package
- support for FFF beams on Elekta linacs
- support for SRS beams for Varian Clinacs
- compatibility with the newest TPS releases
- new demo data
- lot of minor improvements and bug fixes
